Lovingly referred to as Pumpkin Head, ARC has been hosting this regatta since the mid-1980s. This head race on Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas offers events for the following: Adaptive, Collegiate, Junior and Masters rowers. Since this regatta is often held close to Halloween, many crews opt to get into the spooky spirit and will dress up in costumes!

Trailer Parking – Please see the overview and detail maps of trailer parking. Trailers shall be parked in an eastbound orientation on Chicon St.
Venue Parking – Nash Hernandez Sr. Rd. forms the venue’s northern border, stretching from the western entrance at Comal St. to the boat ramp on the eastern side. Chicon St. runs through the park, creating a loop. Parking within the Chicon St. loop and on the eastern side of Nash Hernandez Sr. Rd. towards the boat ramp is reserved for boat trailers and tow vehicles and permits. The North side of Nash Hernandez Sr. Rd., from Chicon St. heading West, is now designated for buses. This area was previously used for event permit parking. Public Parking is now available at 3 nearby lots on Comal St., Nash Hernandez Sr. Rd., and Chicon St.. Availability is on a first-come, First-served basis and is not guaranteed. All visitors must honor traffic cones, barriers, and No Parking signs, or they risk ticketing or towing.
